Clients see Emily as engaging, insightful, and sometimes even a little witty. She received her Master’s of Social Work with a concentration in Family Counseling from the University of Denver. Emily’s background includes working with adults and adolescents to decrease symptoms of anxiety/depression and increase self-awareness and emotional hygiene. She is passionate about building authentic relationships with clients and works collaboratively to help them move towards meaningful change. She strives to act as a mirror to help clients catch their blind spots, understand their patterns, and change thoughts and beliefs that are no longer serving them.
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with family, friends, and their dogs. She also loves the great outdoors and tries to ski and hike as often as possible.
