Do you have a physical office in Lakewood?

Yes. Our office is at 12211 W. Alameda Parkway, Suite 106, in the Foothills area near Green Mountain. We are right at the corner of West Alameda Parkway and South Center Avenue, on the first floor for easy access. The space is intentionally not clinical. It is calm, quiet, and feels more like a thoughtful living room than a medical building.

Is parking easy at your Lakewood office?

Yes. We have a large, private parking lot with plenty of free spaces right out front. You will never circle the block looking for a spot. Pull up, park, take a breath, and walk straight in. Our location is also wheelchair accessible.

Which neighborhoods are closest to your Lakewood office?

If you live in Belmar, Green Mountain, Solterra, Eiber, Carmody, Kendrick Lake, Glennon Heights, or Applewood, you are likely 5 to 10 minutes away. The Alameda corridor, Union Boulevard, and 6th Avenue all funnel right to us. The Federal Center light rail station is also a short drive if you are commuting via RTD.

What is the commute like from Golden, Morrison, or the foothills?

Easy. From Golden, take Highway 6 east or 19th Street to Alameda and you are at our office in about 10 minutes. From Morrison or the C-470 corridor, exit at Alameda and head east. You are 10 to 15 minutes from our front door. Coming down from Evergreen or Genesee via I-70, jump on C-470 south and exit Alameda. Most clients tell us this beats fighting downtown traffic for a similar appointment.

Do you serve clients from Littleton, Englewood, and South Denver?

Yes, and a lot of our clients come from exactly that area. Wadsworth Boulevard or Kipling Street north brings you to our office in about 15 minutes from Littleton or Englewood. For South Denver clients, our Lakewood location is often a shorter and easier drive than crossing the metro into Denver proper.

What are your fees, and are there any hidden costs?

Our pricing is transparent and discussed before you start. Sessions are $125 to $200 depending on clinician credential level. Your intake will include a clear review of session rates, cancellation policies, and any optional services so you can make an informed decision. No surprises.

Do you accept insurance or provide superbills?

If you are using out of network benefits, we can typically provide documentation for reimbursement. We can also help you understand what questions to ask your insurer so you have clarity on expected costs before you commit to anything.

Can I do therapy less often to reduce cost?

Absolutely. Many people start weekly and shift to every other week as they build skills and stability. We will collaborate on a pace that fits both your goals and your budget.

Do you have a sliding scale or options if cost is a concern?

We aim to keep rates accessible up front, and we will talk with you about options that fit your budget. In many cases we can suggest a cadence that still supports progress, plus lower cost resources when appropriate.
